Our favourite, low-budget hotel in Matera with helpful staff. All in all great and awesome location, not far from old town and train station, many restaurants, and a cafe around the corner. Also, near the main bus station

I always come back to this cozy place. The friendly staff guided me to my destination on my first stay. It's perfect for me with free Wi-Fi, TV, and a lift. Plus, it's adults only, no pets, and no smoking. Ideal for my romantic escape.

This hotel has a great location, very close to the center of town and the bus station. It is conveniently located near a cafe where you can grab a bite to eat. The hotel is clean and has good facilities, including a fridge and microwave. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

This place is mind-blowing! The location is super central, right on a vibrant Main Street. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the private bathroom is jaw-droppingly spacious, with a bonus bidet. There's plenty of storage space and the flexible arrival hour was a lifesaver for my late-night check-in. The room itself is clean and roomy, and the addition of a fridge and microwave was a great surprise. The new kitchen being trialed is a fantastic add-on, perfect for preparing breakfast and sandwiches for a day of exploring. The free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and lift were all convenient, and it was great to have an electric kettle for hot drinks. Plus, the fact that it's adults only and a no-smoking, no-pets allowed environment made for a peaceful stay. I couldn't have asked for more during my visit to this amazing place!

I had a lovely time hiking in the area, but the highlight was definitely the clean bathroom.

Who needs two bedrooms when you can have just one with a noisy, community-like feel? And the bedroom wasn't even clean!
